We’re considering giving up our front room in the Beacon flagship hive. It’s a gorgeous, light and airy, first-floor space with 2 large windows overlooking Beacon’s bustling Main Street.

We could rent the space in its entirety under flexible terms (several months or long term) or partner with like-minded folks to share it with us — an innovative nonprofit or business that needs some space for a team, a small gallery, wellness practitioner(s), photographer(s), a group of artisans who could display their wares, a group that just needs a regular place to meet.

The room itself is roughly 525 sq. ft. and can comfortably fit a team of 6 – 8 people. Highlights:

  • 3 large windows, 2 facing Main Street and 1 facing the morning sun — natural light all day (which, studies show — surprise! — improves productivity, sleep and vitality)
  • artisan-renovated historic 1907 Telephone Building
  • soaring ceiling and white plaster walls give it a light, airy feel
  • original maple floor
  • limited parking in our lot
  • 2 bathrooms, kitchenette, and sitting area in renovated basement
  • keycard building access

  • access to shared spaces — BEAHIVE’s adjoining 750 sq. ft. communal room, our 2nd floor meeting room, and our full 2nd floor kitchen
  • shared kitchen appliances and equipment like Wi-Fi and printer
