


MEETING ROOMS + EVENT SPACE
We’re more than a member-powered workspace. We’re also an event and meeting space, available to the public to rent.
Because of the dramatic features of the spaces themselves, the hive of activity happening within, and our community focus, BEAHIVE is a truly unique venue. Over the years we’ve hosted hundreds (thousands?) of workshops, meetings, offsite strategic retreats and special events (fundraisers, live performances, film screenings, etc.) — from 2-person confabs to events with 100-plus.
Please note: We do not host weddings, birthdays, showers and such private parties at any of our locations.
ALBANY
Our Downtown Albany hive is in a former architect’s studio and has a mix of work areas, including meeting spaces, desks/tables, and a lounge.
We have one meeting room that can accommodate small workshops and group meetings up to 12 or so.

BEACON
Our flagship is right off of Beacon’s Main St in a 4,000 square foot space, all on one accessible, street-fronting ground floor.
Our plant-filled space features an open, airy communal lounge and a kitchen with huge storefront windows facing Eliza St.
It’s dotted with sofas and lounge chairs and work tables and borders multiple meeting rooms and privacy pods — available to both members and non-members. The lounge also functions as an event and meeting space.

NEWBURGH
Our Newburgh hive opened in January 2021 in the Wireworks building with a mix of work areas, including meeting spaces, desks/tables, and private offices.
We have 2 meeting rooms that can accommodate small workshops and group meetings up to 15 or so — and a large communal room for larger events.
