Main Room

This is a mindful and challenging Vinyasa/Flow-style class.

We start slowly as we warm up and delve deeper with each asana/pose. When our bodies are loose and limber, we come to a moving meditation with breath and motion. It is focused and dynamic.

All levels are welcome, beginner to advanced. Just bring yourself and your mat. (Mats available to borrow if needed.) Pay what you can.


Cristina’s joy is to facilitate her students’ practice.

Challenging asana and yoga techniques push a student’s body and mind. Gentle assistance and quiet space encourage students to practice overcoming challenges on and off the mat.
